Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sell digital files that are delivered instantly, so we cannot take them back. What we can do is make sure nobody is left out of pocket for something that didn't work.

We refund in full when

• · The file never arrived, or the download link failed and we couldn't fix it.
• · The file is corrupted, unreadable, or materially different from what the product page described.
• · You were charged twice for the same order.
• · You paid by mistake and write to us within 24 hours, before downloading the file.

We generally cannot refund when

• · The file was downloaded and simply wasn't what you hoped for. Please read the "What's inside" list before buying — and write to us first if you're unsure; we'll tell you honestly if it doesn't fit.
• · You want a format we never offered.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled at any point before payment simply by closing the checkout window — nothing is charged. Once payment succeeds the file is released immediately, so cancellation is handled as a refund request.

How to ask, and how long it takes

Write to kaamwalibai4u@gmail.com or use the contact page with your order email and what went wrong. We reply within two working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within five to seven working days, depending on your bank.
