What we provide

KaamwaliBai.in publishes editorial guides and sells downloadable templates and tools for Indian households employing domestic help. We are a publisher, not a placement agency: we do not supply, employ, verify or vouch for any individual worker.

Not legal advice

Everything on this site — including contract templates and salary ranges — is general information. Employment law in India varies by state and changes over time. Please have important documents reviewed by a qualified lawyer before you rely on them.

Your licence to use our files

When you buy a template you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to use and adapt it for your own household. You may not resell it, republish it, or distribute it as part of a commercial service without our written permission.

Payments and delivery

Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. On a verified payment we email a secure download link that stays valid for 24 hours; ask us and we will happily reissue it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Liability

We take care with our research, but we cannot be liable for outcomes arising from hiring decisions, salary negotiations or contracts based on our material. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law
